Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Negicco (3-girl idol group from Niigata) and Especia (6-girl idol group from Osaka) join forces for a special temporary project named Negipecia! The song "Girl's Life" was written and produced by hit-maker Gotō Tsugutoshi, who wrote songs since the 80's for the likes of Onyako Club and countless others. The B-side also has music written by him, with lyrics by Hase Yasuhiro (Yume to Cosme).

The single comes in 3 editions. Hold your breath for the explanation. The nice-priced "Negipecia" doesn't contain the B-side but instead an instrumental version of "Girl's Life". The other two, "Negicco" and "Especia" editions, instead contain a different version of the B-side produced by each group's producer (connie and Schtein&Longer respectively), and a song by each group remixed by a producer of the other group (PellyColo remixes Negicco, and connie remixes Especia)... There's also a 12" edition of the title song and its instrumental, plus both vocal versions of the B-side.

A special event with Negipecia will be held at Liquidroom in Tokyo on August 26.
