Cibo Matto are back this year with new album "Hotel Valentine", and here's a nice-priced 2-CD compilation of songs by female artists and female-fronted bands from Japan and the world, selected by the two. Featured are Buffalo Daughter, mi-gu, Charisma.com, along with Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band, The GOASTT, Suzi Quatro, Aretha Franklin and many more.

Two tracks by Cibo Matto (from their two first albums) are also included as an introduction for young listeners who may not be familiar with them.
