Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Takeshi Nakatsuka has just released a brand new original album, titled "Parade". Included are the Toyota TV commercial song "Dreaming of the Future", a collaboration with orange pekoe titled "Forever and Ever", Pac-Man tribute song "Ladies and PAC-MAN" (from the Pac-Man 40th anniversary tribute album), as well as many brand new songs. It had been 7 years since previous album "EYE".

The CD album is a limited edition including bonus track "We took each other's hand" (a theme song from anime "School-Live!"), plus also a 10-track bonus disc of various works and collaborations, including ones with Maki Nomiya, Kyoko Koizumi, Hoshikuzu Scat, and more. The digital release only contains the first 9 songs of disc 1.

Audio samples of all songs can be heard at HMV and Tower Records. Also, Amazon and Tower Records give away a promo CD-R of each an unreleased track. Promo details can be found here.

The song "Dreaming of the Future" had been released in advance digitally as an EP that includes 3 remixes. A 12" edition of the EP will also be released on September 6 (pre-order at HMV or Tower).

A release party will be held on August 20 at Shibuya Club Quattro featuring many guests. There will be performances by Takeshi Nakatsuka with Igaban BB, Tatsuo Sunaga, FPM, Rocketman, i-dep, Hoshikuzu Scat, TRI4TH and videobrother, plus guest appearances by Maki Nomiya, Asako Toki, Eri Kamiya, akiko, Emi Tawata, and The Skamotts Horns.
