Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Two new mini-albums of projects featuring tabla-bongo player Asa-Chang have just been released. The first is a second collaboration with keyboardist Emerson Kitamura, a follow-up to their album "Debut" (2018). That new mini-album also consists of only covers. Kojima Mayumi is featured in a cover of "sen no kaze ni natte".

The other release is by trio Asa-Chang & Junray, a follow-up to album "mahō" (2016, (Japan)). Guest vocalist Itō Seikō is featured on title song "Jiken".

Also, yet another song by Asa-Chang & Emerson Kitamura has been released only digitally, titled "Kanashikute Yarikirenai" (, Spotify, YouTube Music).
