Various Artists "Shōwa Dance Party @ Ikenoue Koan" (7"+2x12")

Finally, the promised vinyl edition of the great compilation of Shōwa-era rare groove, "Moodsville Presents Shōwa Dance Party @ Ikenoue Koan", is coming soon!
One 7" on Readymade, one 12" on Moodsville, and another on Ballroom Record (which wasn't a releasing label until now). The three releases will contain 18 songs taken from the 29-track CD compilation.

The great retro artwork, directed by Konishi Yasuharu, is itself a reason to definitely buy these songs once again!

Just got my set in from Jet Set Records this morning! It's a nice set but the cardboard used for the covers are a bit flimsy.

I picked mine a few days ago, and agreed that the cardboard could have been thicker, especially to make it look more like an old record. My copy of "dai2shū" actually has the top side unstuck.
I like that all is 45rpm though!
