Amazon Japan is probably the easiest option. Find a link to it (and also HMV and Tower Records) in the entry.

I heard "clap & whistle & walking" on TV while I was in Japan, it was excellent.

Too bad it's $15 shipping, that's rubbish. Thanks for the information anyway.
