Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Towa Tei's side-project Sweet Robots Against The Machine is back with a 3rd album! Titled "3" (pronounced "san"), the unit now consists of three people: Towa Tei, Sunahara Yoshinori and comedian Bakarhythm (Twitter). Also featured are actresses Kaho and Asō Kumiko. The jacket artwork is by Gokita Tomoo.

The album will be available on both CD and vinyl, although the vinyl edition has two discs and contains 5 bonus instrumentals (see details below).

Amazon gives away a bonus CD-R of 4 tracks ("Insane quiz (D.I.Y. Stereo)", "Dakitime (D.I.Y. Stereo)", "Insane quiz (D.I.Y. Mono)" and "Dakitime (D.I.Y. Mono)" while supplies last. Also Tower Records and HMV each give away different "3" postcards. Order quick!

A special talk show with the three will be held on July 17 at Tower Records Shibuya's Cut-Up Studio (B1F) for those who buy the album there (details). DJ Towa Tei's upcoming gigs include one on August 4 at Sound Museum Vision.
