This is a single produced by Sunaga Tatsuo (Sunaga t Experience), commissioned by Tochigi Doughnuts, an association that promotes restaurants, bars and shops of Utsunomiya city in Tochigi prefecture, and also 7" records.
The song is a kayō-ska hymn to drinking establishments, performed by members of TRI4TH and Jabberloop under the "STE" monicker, and sung by Nakano Aya. The jacket was designed by Sally Kubota.
The 7" comes with a CD, and a gyōza coupon of ¥500 value to be used in selected restaurants of Utsunomiya, a city famous for those delicious dumplings.
