Pizzicato Five "On Her Majesty's Request -Analog Edition-" (12")

Pizzicato Five's 3rd album, "On Her Majesty's Request" (1989), is being released on vinyl for the first time! This follows a 7" EP release of 3 songs earlier this year. Just for the record, back in the day a 4-song promo-only vinyl was also made. Nomiya Maki sang on "Satellite Hour", her first recording with Pizzicato Five, in this album said to be an imaginary spy movie soundtrack.

The album was newly remastered under the supervision of Konishi Yasuharu, cut by Bernie Grundman, and pressed in Sony DADC Japan's shining new vinyl press. The jacket was also redesigned by Shindō Mitsuo, and this release coincides with the art director's "Be My Baby" retrospective exhibition to be held from July 14 to September 17 at the Setagaya Literary Museum.
