Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Singer-songwriter Machi Akari has just released a brand new album of all original songs. Of the great line-up of songs, all written by herself, four were arranged by Sally Kubota & Yumi Okada ("A Wonderful Time", "Making Up for Eye Bags", "Sappari Bashi", "A Big Subject"), and three by Emiri Kanou ("Nightwalker in Mink", "Minitsuma", "Sympathizer: From Otaku with Love").

In terms of original albums, it's the follow-up to "Shukakusai!" (2018) (, Spotify). Last year she also released cover album "sore yuke! dengeki ryūkōka" (2020) (, Spotify, YouTube Music), and last January she released her first song in English digitally, "Dead In A Hundred Years" (, Spotify, YouTube Music).
