Chara's 2nd single since moving to Universal has title track is produced by Tanaka Tomoyuki (Fantastic Plastic Machine). The B-side is a cover of Paul Mauriat's 1967 hit "L'amour est bleu" sung in a Japanese version arranged by herself.
