Included is a new song titled "Samurai Breakin'" featuring athlete Tamesue Dai (aka Samurai Hurdler, he's "the first Japanese athlete to win two medals at international track and field events") and Atsushi of Dragon Ash.

Track 1 is a non-stop mix of tracks 2 to 7. Tracks 1 and 2 are not sold separately.
