Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Wack Wack Rhythm Band has another new 7" single out now! This time the band brings us two new groovy original instrumentals. A-sider "Madras Express" has over 5 minutes and spotlights the brass section in an afro-funk tune, while B-side "Stay-Pressed" pulls the Hammond organ up front in a track that might remind of 60's Memphis soul and Swinging London.

Also be sure check out "Easy Riding / I'll Close My Eyes" released last month. Both can also be heard on Spotify. A re-issue of first album "Weekend Jack" will be released on November 21. Stay tuned!

A release party for both singles will be held on November 25 at Shibuya Under Deer Lounge, also featuring Cat Boys and Joe Nakamura & Eastwoods. WWRB will perform with guest vocalist Hoshino Michiru. The show will start at 18:00.
