Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Tokyo Killer is a girl-fronted surf rock instrumental band formed of guitarist Keme (Kinoco Hotel), bassist Akko (ex-GO!GO!7188), keyboardist Kei (Urbangarde) and drummer Kyōichi (ex-Urbangarde). This first album, released at the end of April, features some famous covers as well as original songs. A vinyl edition is also coming (though it seems to be facing some delays), and will contains one bonus track.

The jacket was designed by Sally Kubota (Sally Soul Stew, The Scooters).

A free in-store will be held at Tower Records Shinjuku (7F) on Saturday June 13 from 21:00. A show will also be held at Tsutaya O-East in Shibuya on June 17.
