The Caraway "Our brilliant weekend"

The Caraway (𝕏), the guitar pop solo project of Osamu Shimada (Swinging Popsicle), has just released a brand new album, titled "Our brilliiant weekend". It had been 18 years since the first self-titled album (2006). The new album consists of all new songs.

Guest musicians include Momoko Kawakami (of Keichi & Coconut Groove) who plays trumpet on "Our brilliant weekend", Mayumi Ikemizu (Three Berry Icecream) playing accordion on "Cookies dances waltz at midnight", and Hisashi Iwabuchi (Sloppy Joe) on bass on "All up to you".

Check out the sampler clip below, and find the whole album on CD or digitally at Bandcamp or disques blue-very. Within Japan, the CD can also be ordered directly from The Caraway's official online shop. Distribution through other shops (such as Amazon and Tower Records) will start on February 24.
