Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Takeshi Nakatsuka (Qypthone) collaborates with ska band The Skamotts (led by Tawoyame Orquesta's Tomoko Okamura) for this 7" single. The A-side is a cover of C-C-B's hit song "Romantic ga tomaranai", while the B-side is a cover of Ishikawa Yūko & Chage's summer song "futari no ai Land", sung in duet with Maki Nomiya (ex-Pizzicato Five).

A brand new album by Takeshi Nakatsuka will be released on August 2, titled "Parade" and coming as a 2-CD set of the original album plus a CD of his recent works with other artists. Stay tuned for details, although it can already be pre-ordered online: Amazon, HMV, Tower (Japan only).

Takeshi's 20th anniversary party will be held on August 20 at Club Quattro in Shibuya, featuring Maki Nomiya, The Skamotts, and many other guests (details).
