Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Shintarō Sakamoto (ex-Yura Yura Teikoku) has just released a brand new album, his 4th, titled "Like A Fable". It had been 6 years since his previous, "Love If Possible". The new album was recorded with a band featuring Yūta Suganuma on drums, AYA on bass & chorus, Tetsu Nishiuchi on sax & flute, and with a guest appearance of KEN KEN (Ken2d Specia, Urban Volcano Sounds) playing trombone on two songs. The artwork was done by Sakamoto himself.

"The album's ten songs describe everyday life in a world undergoing dramatic changes in the midst of a pandemic. Sakamoto continually updates his sound, and with Like A Fable, he has made his best pop album yet."

The CD edition comes with a bonus disc of all songs' instrumental versions.
