Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Seikatsu no Sekkei (Twitter, Instagram) is a band that was previously active as Bluems, and changed names in January this year. Members are frontman Shintarō Ōtsuka (guitar & vocals), Shūtarō Tsujimoto (bass & chorus) and Kumpei Ōtsuka (drums & chorus, the frontman's younger brother). "Kisetsu no Tsukamaekata" is their first album as Seikatsu no Sekkei, and it's available on CD and digitally. Check out the music videos and trailer clip below.

An acoustic show will be held on May 13 at hmc studio (Umegaoka), starting at 19:00 (details and reservations here). Also there will be a special show on June 2 for the release at Moon Romantic (Gaienmae), where Konishi Yasuharu will also DJ (tickets). A postcard will be given at the first of these two shows, and when shown at the second show it gives a ¥500 cashback.
