Packman a.k.a Dokuro Shiki "Patchworks by Packman" (Download)

Packman (𝕏, Discogs), lately known as Dokuro Shiki, is an artist who is best known for being part of early-90s hip-hop band Space Invaders, and also for his solo unit The Robots. Having been recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, a compilation of many of his musical works including many unreleased tracks has been released on Bandcamp in hope to help support him (a sticker designed by Rockin Jelly Bean is also available).

Included is also a brand new recording of the song "Kogen no Muse", first released as part of cassette book "TRA" in 1984, though this time produced by its lyricist Keiichi Ohta, and featuring the singing of model Haruki Shiobana.

Other than being a musician, Packman has also been active as a designer, illustrator, and for running fashion brand Vikini.

On August 13, a special respective program featuring him was aired on Dommune, and it can be watched on YouTube.

There will be a special live show to be held on October 30 at Shimokitazawa Club Que (Club Que where Packman will DJ, and also a DJ event to be held on October 22 at Shimokitazawa Live Haus (details).
