Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Here's a full length album by Ōtomo Yoshihide Special Big Band. Included are 9 songs, three of which were released digitally as a mini-album of the same title earlier this year, including the song "Music for Kinue Hitomi" which is a new version of "tatakau joshi" originally from the "Idaten" soundtrack.

It had been over 6 years since the previous release as Otomo Yoshihide Special Big Band, live album "Otomo Yoshihide Special Big Band Live at Shinjuku Pit Inn" (2015).

Otomo Yoshihide will touring Europe this month (Germany, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Norway) from September 21 to 27. Find details here. Then a special show for the release of "Stone Stone Stone" will be held on October 24 at Shinjuku Pit Inn (details).
