This is the 1st mini-album of Kyoto-born Madoka Ogino (Facebook page). Her latest song "Asagiribashi" ("Asagiri Bridge"), of which the video can be watched below, was written by Shigeo Naka (The Surf Coasters) and performed by Frankie and the Pool Boys from San Francisco. Two other songs were also written by Shigeo Naka, "Furimuite Kyoto" (this one arranged by him) and "Dakedo Hontowa". A cover of Yamaguchi Momoe's "ii hi tabidachi" is also included.
Madoka aims to be an ambassador telling the world about Japanese culture, as with the French version of her song "Yoiyoi Yayoi". She is also a kimono model, and posed on the cover of Shigeo Naka's latest solo album "Nippon Eleki Beat!! Vol.1" (, Spotify, YouTube Music).
