Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Neo-doo-wop group Jintana & Emeralds has released a 3-song EP of live performances from a show held on January 14, 2022 at Blue Note Tokyo. Included are "Oh! Southern Wind" (sung by Toi Emeralds a.k.a. hitomitoi), "taiyō no sei" (sung by Hikari Emeralds) and "Drip Trip" (sung by Cao Emeralds a.k.a. Kami Kaoru). The show which featured live drums and saxophone was dub-mixed by Dub Master X.

The cassette tape edition to be released mid-September will include on the B-side a bonus track titled "Soundscape of Emerald City", said to be a field recording from the imaginary Emerald City.

The three songs included can also be heard on 2nd album "Emerald City Guide" (2021) (, Spotify), also available on vinyl.
