Tokyo's Coolest Sound

Hideki Kaji has released today a new EP titled "We Are The Borders E.P.". Its title song is a brand new one that features guest singers Miram and kiss the gambler a.k.a. Kanafun.

The CD EP is sold at Tower Records (and within Japan at Hideki Kaji's online shop fikarast), and it includes two CD-exclusive "homemade session" versions of the songs "Benoit's Christmas" (a cover of The Pale Fountains) and "Green Road" (originally from the album "Tea"). These two were recorded with Hirohisa Horie.

The title song has also been released digitally, and that as part of a compilation of ten Hideki Kaji's winter songs, under the title "Winter Songs For You".

A Christmas-themed event will be held on Saturday December 9 at Haretara sora ni mame maite in Daikanyama, with will be an acoustic set starting at 13:30 and a band set starting at 19:30. There will also be a year-end event on Tuesday December 19 at New Fūchikūchi ni Shimokitazawa, hosted by Hideki Kaji and Kaseki Cider, and featuring many guests including kiss the gambler and Miram (details).
