It's funny... I've got all this music donwloaded from the net on mp3, but there is sooooooooo much, that I'm just starting to listen to this bands NOW...
The Aprils' last album is also great. There is one track, sung just by a guy, that reminds me of Flipper's Guitar...

It's often said that Aprils' singer IMAI Kentarō sounds a lot like OYAMADA Keigo (Cornelius) from the Flipper's Guitar days. To me, especially the song "Pan-da" (from the album of the same name), sounds a lot like Flipper's Guitar.
