Having announced that they will be disbanding in 2020, after 17 years of activity, here comes the 5th and last album of kayō rock group Salome no Kuchibiru (aka Salome Lips). A message from the members can be found here (in English and Japanese). The album includes two songs from 7" single "Yotarō funauta" released last December. Guest musicians include Ookubo Kei (Urbangarde).
The band has also just released a 7" single in collaboration with comoestas (aka Comoesta Yaegashi) of a song titled "ozashiki Rock" that isn't included on the new album.
A live show was streamed online on July 23 from 18:30 (JST) and available archived until August 6 (details and viewing ticket here). Another show with Kinoco Hotel will be streamed live from Shibuya La.mama will be held on Saturday August 15 from 17:30 JST (the show starting at 18:00). Viewing tickets can be bought here.
