From the album of the same name released in May, here's a set of two 7"'s containing four summer-themed Shibuya-kei related covers sung by Nomiya Maki. The two records come packaged in a gatefold jacket, designed and photographed by art director Shindō̄ Mitsuo. The liner notes are also said to have plenty of photos.
A winter album has been announced for release in October! Stay tuned for details.
Nomiya Maki can next be seen on stage in Tokyo at the 16th Tokyo Jazz Festival, on September 2 at NHK Hall part of a program titled "From Shibuya to the World". She will be the special guest of H ZETTRIO, after which Al Di Meola and Lee Ritenour will also perform in turn. Details here.
