La Casa Azul "Cerca de Shibuya"
Shibuya-kei-friendly Spanish band La Casa Azul has what I believe is a first Japanese release out just last week. The title translating to "Somewhere near Shibuya", this comes as a greatest hits album of songs from their previous Spanish releases on Elefant Records, including a remix by The Aprils as well as a remix of The Aprils by the band's leader Guille Milkyway, and also guest appearances by members of Linus Blanket (Korea) and BMX Bandits (UK).

Well, what can I say? The guy behind La Casa Azul, Guille Milkyway, lives in my town, Sant Cugat... and we, the fabs, are waiting for his new album La Polinesia Meridional, to come out soon. I didn't now about htis japanese release, looks like I'll ave to get it!!!
