Kyary Pamyu Pamyu "moshimoshi Harajuku"

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, aka teenage fashion magazine model Kyary, has a first mini-album coming next month and it's produced by Nakata Yasutaka (capsule)! Of course it's right to expect more of his electro-pop sound. Check out the first video below for catchy song "PONPONPON" which is available in advance on iTunes worldwide, and has even ranked a surprising #1 in Norway and #3 in Belgium!

This is being released as a limited edition with a photo book. Given the popularity of Nakata's works it's best to pre-order.

Buying the release on iTunes (available worldwide) gives you a bonus extended version of "PONPONPON".

Sounds like this should be fun! I pre-ordered it too. :) Btw maybe "Jelly" is a capsule cover?!

Everyone's thinking that.
This mini really did skyrocket the popularity of this girl.

Not excited for this after hearing half of the album, with only 1/3rd of that half being good.

The Jelly cover was atrocious, and Cherry Bonbon was a bore. Plus she cannot sing.

I'll end up selling my preordered copy when the demand goes up, XD

Mixed feelings here too! I'm still hoping to see if Nakata's magic can make this release enjoyable anyway.

But yes it will probably go rare in no time so it's the right thing to grab it while we can. :)
