"Shibuya-kei funk pop" unit (as I saw them described somewhere) JiLL-Decoy association is a trio of guitar, drums and female vocals. Having debuted in 2007 they're already at their 4th album. While mostly original tunes, this one contains two Sunaga Tatsuo-produced covers of Working Week's "Thought I'd Never See You Again" and Julia Fordham's "happy ever after".
