There are free live shows to be seen at Tokyo Midtown's "Atrium" (B1F of "Galleria") on weekends. I'll personally be looking into seeing Lullatone on the 27th, but there are plenty of other great artists to be caught for free!
Unfortunately Tokyo Midtown's site is a bit of a mess, and there seems to be no list of the upcoming shows. Here's what I could gather from artist blogs.

I saw the Gutevolk concert this afternoon and it was great! I'll be back again to catch Kazumasa Hashimoto for sure.
