I'm pretty sure 1,2,5,6,9,10,12,14,17 are the Miho tracks, but I've not confirmed it. The last track seems to be Ikuko and Mito from Clammbon.

That's weird, I verified, the piece that Kikuna plays at his audition is the 3rd mvt of the Beethoven Sonata, not the 1st.
On the description of the OST on YesAsia, there is the same error :/ I wonder if they were mistaken on the music too.

I verified my sources, one says 1st and the other 3rd. It seems that there was a mistake originally in the tracklist and it's only been corrected in some places.
I've now corrected my entry. Merci!

Hi, sorry for the late reply (Patrick, if you have her e-mail address, maybe you'll be able to answer her?) :P
It's the 3rd mvt of the Beethoven Sonata “Appassionata” (what we were talking of). The sheet music is available there:

What is the song that Uta tried to teach Kikuna...you know at his house, and they were long, deep forceful notes, and she said he didn't play them properly...He possibly played it at the audition?
