"JAPANESE BOY"

Suzuki Saori is the vocalist of New York-based band The Suzan. Here she makes a debut as a solo artist, releasing an album on Japanese label Niw! Records. The title song was produced by was produced by Suzuki Keiichi (Sunny Day Service). The album will also be available on iTunes worldwide.

Meanwhile, The Suzan are in town and can be seen live at Shibuya clubasia on March 9, at Shibuya Lush on March 11, and at Sangenjaya Grapefruit Moon on March 12.

"East River"

unBORDE, the Warner Music Japan sub-label that hosts Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, CAPSULE, tofubeats and lots more, is releasing a greatest hits nice-priced compilation that includes new song "Feel". The song is a collaboration featuring lots of the label's artists totaling 41 people, and was written and arranged by Nakata Yasutaka with lyrics by Pes of Rip Slyme. It's also a tie-up with Coca-Cola.

"Feel"

Polysics have a new album out now, the follow-up to "ACTION!!!" (2014). 19 new songs are included, such as "Sun Electric" that has been performed in their shows since the end of last year.

The limited edition includes a DVD of a selection of 16 songs from the 100-song in 2 days shows they played at Shibuya Club Quattro last September.

A Japan tour will be held starting in May, to finish at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel's StellarBall venue in Tokyo on June 12. Tickets go on sale on April 9.

And while Tarte Tatin release new album "re:10 tartetatin", Aoi (aka Ishikawa Aoi (Twitter)) took some distance by becoming a "honorary member", not further taking part in Tarte Tatin anymore. Instead she went solo and made a first mini-album with the same producer, Yamamoto Shō (ex-Phenotas). While Tarte Tatin's sound is band-oriented, Aoi went for programmed electro-pop with an 80's new wave touch. This is also a must check! Included is a solo version of Tarte Tatin's "Political na ikimonotachi".

Here's a brand new album by Tarte Tatin, duo currently formed of Yurie and Chiaki. This album is entirely written by Yamamoto Shō (ex-Phenotas) who had produced the previous full-length, "Tartetatin Are Allright!". By the way, the album title officially reads "rererererererererere" (if you dare).

"korekara"

Half-French half-Japanese electronic artist Maika Loubté, who recently changed her artist name's spelling (from real name Maika Leboutet), has a brand new single out now! She is apparently preparing a new album to be released this year, follow-up to last year's "100 (momo)".
