Sunaga t Experience (the jazz unit produced by Sunaga Tatsuo) is back with a new album, this time backed by Billboard Japan part of a series of cover albums on its recently started Billboard Records label. I'm a big fan of Aira Mitsuki, and have keeping an eye on her label-mate Saori@destiny as they're both produced by Terukado. It seems they've also been guesting at each other's shows lately, and now here's a collaboration album of the two! The album's safari theme scared me a bit when I heard of it, but from the audio samples heard at Aira's official site it seems like the theme is not too strongly present, and that there's a lot of catchy sounds on there. The "X" in the album title reads "kakeru" (meaning multiplication).

Aira and Saori can caught at free mini-live events at Shosen Book Tower (Akihabara) everyday from December 6 to 9 at 19:00.

Love and Hates, the girl party unit of Yuppa (HNC) and Moe (Miila and the Geeks) has finally a first album coming, after several cassettes that all sold out almost instantly! 17 tracks are included, totaling 36 minutes (2:07 average). Featured are a number of impressive collaborations, with Kaji Hideki, Luvraw & BTB, Afra, Twee Grrrls Club (indie girl collective Yuppa and Moe are both part of) and The Pegasuss (a band singed to Yuppa's White Lily Records).

A YMO show held at Tokyo Dome in 1993 is being released for the first time on DVD. It had been available before on VHS back in the day. This show had a huge screen on which was projected CG footage in sync with the music, quite the cutting edge in terms of live shows back in the day. Crazy Ken Band has a new single coming, including 2 songs recently featured in TV commercials. coltemonikha, the unit of fashion designer Kate Sakai (blog) produced by Nakata Yasutaka (capsule, Perfume), has a new CD coming this December. This is actually a compilation of all songs from the two previously released great mini-albums (with the exception of an extended mix). Two brand new songs are also included, and a DVD of 3 video clips (I believe previously unseen) to make it all very tempting to all fans.

Being announced as a limited edition, and considering Nakata's popularity, it's advised to pre-order to avoid disappointments.
